Shipping Information

UK DELIVERY

Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Please choose the option suitable for your order at the checkout page:

Insured delivery of Silver pieces: £5
Insured delivery of Gold pieces: £10

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. 

DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:

For deliveries to the rest of the world I use a similar service that endeavours to deliver the package in 7 to 10 days depending on where in the world the item is being sent to - this is not fully insured. I charge a flat rate of £15 for deliveries outside of the UK and Europe. Alternatively you can email info@fraserhamiltonjewellery.com to arrange a quote for a Fedex service that will fully cover the shipping of more expensive items and deliver within an average of 3 working days.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Fraser Hamilton Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges outside of the USA are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
